Robert Rambo

With a background in pan-European cooking techniques, Rambo spent the last 4 years serving as sous chef in Alma’s kitchen and learning the intricacies of modern Mexican cuisine.

Now that he’s helming Alma’s kitchen, Rambo brings his strong work ethic, time-tested leadership skills and deep love of Latin food to the table.
